One of my fav GS case shapes! Wears better on my small wrist compared to the 44GS case.

The dial is amazing as you expect from GS and somehow the date window doesn’t bug me as much for this.

When it rains it pours ! Earlier this week I was wearing this GS. The only modern GS I own, have ever owned, but it’s a vintage inspired 600 piece (in steel) reissue from 2015. The original 62GS was the first automatic, and this is a pretty faithful reiss...

That is very attractive, nice pics!

Thanks Larry. GS should do more of these reissues I think.

In historical sizes, not supersized as they tend to do.

👍🏻

I’ve seen only one other myself.

They released 600 in steel like this one, and another 100 each of rose, yellow and white gold. 900 total is a pretty low run for an LE by GS standards. My guess is many stayed in Japan, especially the precious metals.

Same for me, one of a few watches where the date window does not bother me.

Maybe because with the surround it becomes more pronounced and obviously part of the dial. I agree that the dial is very strong, simple but catches the eye always. Great to see another one here.
